Cadence brings a wide breadth of land development experience to the table. Cadence has handled development projects in all facets of real estate - office, retail, multi-family, residential town-home, educational and more.
Since 2012 Cadence has represented Chester Charter School for the Arts. Initially assisting the school in it's charter school approval process in Chester Upland School district and negotiating a 75,000 SF lease on the school's behalf during it's start up period. Once opened the school experienced immediate growth and was in need of it's own facility, they turned again to the Principals of Cadence to guide them through this process. Cadence located a 10 acre off-market land acquisition for the school and also paired the school with the appropriate general contractor to bring their vision and plans to life.
Cadence brought 2405 Maryland Road through the full entitlement process to get approved for 246 Multi-family units in Willow Grove, PA. This 103,000 SF industrial building sits along the PA Turnpike and was vacant for 7 years. After the site was approved for residential Cadence faciliated the sale of the property to KRE for development.
